We offer the following varieties:

Lifecycle of our Bread
Our breads start simply with flour, water, salt and yeast, then are transformed into our various daily loaves.
At the end of each day, some of our bread may be donated to the Shoreline Soup Kitchen, while other loaves are seasoned and made into croutons or breadcrumbs. A portion of our “day old” loaves remain in our bargain basket for sale at discounted prices.
